We have openings for Process Associate ( KPO ) , an International client of Lider Consultancy.

Eligibility: Any graduates or Post graduates except BE , B.Tech , MCA , MBA & Diploma.

Marks: They should have 70% in their schooling and 60% in their college.

Job Location: CHENNAI

Skill set:
# Good written English Communication skills
# Experience in translation software tools like systran , LEC Pro would be an added advantage
# Excellent analytical skills , oral / written English communication skills are a must

Nature of job:

# Providing production support by way of 1 ) Converting physical documents in European languages to electronic format using OCR ( PDF to word doc ) 2 ) converting the European documents to English using translation software tools.

Terms & Conditions

1 ) Office Timing: Currently we have General Shift between 9.00 am & 5.30 pm. ( Going forward ( After 3-6 months down the line ) , there will be two shifts , I shift between 7am and 3:30pm and II Shift between 3:30pm and 11:30 p m. There will be Drop facility for employees coming in the II shift. There will be NO NIGHT SHIFT. )

2 ) Training: Candidates who are shortlisted will be under training for 3months ( On the job & off the job training ) Salary will be payable during the Training Duration.

3 ) Age: Candidates who are under 26 years are eligible

4 ) Agreement: 18 months agreement as the job involves intensive domain Training for about 3-6 months. This is applicable only for fresher
